If The Heal Your Gut Cookbook makes the GAPS Intro Diet possible, then this is THE cookbook for Full GAPS. It is based on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (which is the basis of the GAPS Diet). It is entitled "Cooking for Celiacs, Colitis, Crohn's and IBS", basically food that is designed to heal and seal your gut lining, but enough about all of that scientific stuff.
What really matters is the food! This is probably my favourite cookbook because it is visually stunning and the recipes are just mouthwatering. It contains over 200 recipes and over 100 full-page color photos. Craving a burger and chips? It's here! Ice cream? It's here too! And so are crackers, sticky date pudding and morrocan chicken tagine... I could go on all day. It's basically an awesome book. In my local library there is usually a waiting list of a few months to be able to borrow it (and I used to borrow it all the time before I eventually decided I couldn't live without it!)
